What we collect
We collect your email address, name, and usage data (practice sessions, scores, quiz answers) to personalise your prep plan. If you pay, we collect billing information processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate the service: generating your daily plan, tracking mastery, powering the AI tutor, and sending product emails you opted into. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI and your content
When you use the AI tutor, your messages are sent to Anthropic (primary) or OpenAI (fallback) to generate responses. These providers have their own data policies. We do not use your tutor conversations to train models.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. We use PostHog for product analytics — this collects anonymised usage events. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your location (EU/UK GDPR, India PDPB, etc.) you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@roundiva.com to exercise any right.
