Acceptance
By creating an account or using Roundiva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Roundiva provides engineering interview preparation tools including adaptive practice plans, AI tutoring, guided design problems, and mock interviews. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans (Sprint Pass, Tracks) are processed via Stripe. Sprint Passes are 30-day non-renewing passes. Track purchases are one-time payments. We offer a 7-day refund on any purchase — email support@roundiva.com within 7 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to scrape content, reverse-engineer the AI system, circumvent paywalls, or resell access. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without refund.
Intellectual property
All platform content (lessons, exercises, guided problems, prompts) is owned by Roundiva. Your personal data and responses are yours. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal interview preparation.
Limitation of liability
Roundiva is provided as-is. We do not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
